Society Confirmed – Amberley Rail Group

We are delighted to confirm attendance at Narr-O 2017 of the Amberley Rail Group.

Based at the Amberley Museum and Heritage Centre at Houghton Bridge near Arundel in West Sussex, the Amberley Rail Group are responsible for maintaining and running one of the most important collections of narrow gauge railway locomotives, rolling stock and paraphernalia. The railway forms one of the main attractions at one of the most inclusive, interactive and participative museum collections in the country.

However, you may know the site better as that of Main Strike Mine, the property of arch villain Max Zorin in the 1985 Bond film A View to a Kill, starring Roger Moore, Christopher Walken and Grace Jones!
